Every employee is being asked to change how they work with AI. Only some of them get the support to do it. On October 19, 2026, Electives™ launched Electives for Everyone to close that gap: full access to live, expert-led classes and AI simulations for every person in an organization.

Electives for Everyone is available now. Every employee gets the same four things.
- Live, expert-led classes. Our 300+ vetted Electives instructors teach foundational and advanced AI skills, manager training and the human skills people need to work through change.
- Simulations for every employee. Realistic scenarios with instant feedback give people a safe space to practice before it counts. See how AI simulations work.
- Classes inside the AI tools people already use. We built an MCP server so employees can find and register for relevant classes without leaving those tools.
- Very little admin work. People and L&D teams get company-wide learning without running a complex program to keep it going.
Why we built it
AI is reshaping nearly every role. Companies are asking all of their people to adapt, while the biggest development budgets have traditionally gone to about 5% of employees. That gap is now a business risk.
Answers are easy to get from AI. Changing how you work is harder, and it happens with other people in the room.
"AI can give you answers. But changing how you work takes more than answers. It takes learning from people, hearing their stories, and practicing with others," said Jason Lavender, Co-Founder and CEO of Electives.
Linda Aiello, Chief People Officer at DraftKings, sees the same pressure from the buyer's side. She expects the pace of change to speed up over the next 24 months. "Employers can't upskill a small slice of their workforce and expect to keep pace," she said.
How live learning became affordable for the whole company
Live classes used to be the expensive option, so they went to a few people. Scale changed that.
Since we launched Electives Membership two years ago, our learner community has grown large enough to make company-wide access to live classes possible at a fraction of the traditional per-person cost.
