Read the transcript:

Trent S: I think the organizations that have the ability to adapt, adjust and be agile to to build skills and be flexible to what comes, I think they're going to be the winners because things are changing. I do believe that AI is going to have a huge impact when we look at what that can do from just a talent and a skills perspective in terms of identifying, developing and helping accelerate some of that stuff. I think that's huge.

Trent S: We've been through a lot of turbulence. We had Covid. We had the great recession. We have the great resignation. Now we have this inflationary market and we're in turbulence—and I'm not convinced that the turbulence is necessarily going to go away. So the organizations that build this agility to adjust and rescale and people are willing to embrace that rescaling.

Trent S: I saw some research that showed a third of any given person's job is, you know, the skills are changing about every 3 years. I'm going to guess that that probably is going to keep accelerating. So that's one of the things that we focused heavily on here with our people. Because you get some people say "I like my job. I don't want to move jobs. I just want to do my job well. So why do I need to develop? "

Trent S: So we've really focused on having a development mindset as a company. And that's part of why we're doing it. We're saying, "The 30 year job is gonna go away and the skills are going to change. So if you're not actively developing, you're going to be left behind."
