Darlene is an expert at the intersection of lifestyle, wellness and wellbeing. With a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple certifications, Darlene was named America's Favorite Trainer by BurnAlong.com. Darlene also hosts the “Better Than Fine” podcast on the NASM Podcasting Network.

Darlene teaches Electives classes on various topics, including breaking through indecision, setting goals and intentions, communicating to build relationships and ergonomics.
