Prioritizing employee wellbeing is critical for companies today, as it demonstrates a commitment to supporting the workforce and wellbeing significantly benefits the bottom line. Employees who feel supported and valued are more engaged, leading to increased productivity and higher retention levels. This, in turn, translates to better business outcomes, such as increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction.

Focusing on employee wellbeing can help reduce absenteeism, workplace stress and burnout. By prioritizing wellbeing, companies can create a culture of health and wellness that supports employees in their personal and professional lives, fostering a sense of loyalty and commitment to the organization.

The opportunity:

Signifyd wanted to celebrate a month of wellbeing across its entire employee base by engaging employees in critical health and wellbeing topics. They were most interested in happiness, parenting, financial wellness, nutrition and burnout.

The solution:

Empowering employees with a comprehensive approach to wellbeing.

Partnering with Electives, Signifyd created a “Month of Wellbeing,” marketed to all employees. During the month, five Electives classes focused on wellbeing were offered, and the learning was reinforced after the Month of Wellbeing with ongoing learning content and reminders.

Participants in this series of classes gained valuable insights, knowledge and practical tools to improve their wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around them. They heard cutting-edge research from the field of positive psychology on factors that predict happiness and learned practical ways to increase their psychological wellbeing.

The Signifyd Month of Wellbeing also covered:

  • The impact of personality styles and parenting on teen behavior.
  • The foundations of financial literacy, including emergency funds, saving and investing, retirement planning and managing debt.
  • The psychology of money and how to be more fiscally confident.
  • Identifying and preventing workplace burnout for themselves and their colleagues.
  • The six pillars of health, including simple tips to support each pillar.

The Signifyd Month of Wellbeing provided a comprehensive approach to wellbeing that empowered individuals to take charge of their lives and create a more fulfilling and satisfying future.

The results:

Positive participant feedback demonstrated the success of the Signifyd Month of Wellbeing.

Participants raved about the classes and the instructors after the Signifyd Month of Wellbeing. The high-energy and engaging Electives instructors made each class fun and exciting to attend.
