Electives Membership is a modern, live learning platform that curates timely, interesting and impactful learning experiences for you to take together with your colleagues and peers from other companies. Each month, you select the live (via Zoom) classes you want to join.

    Once approved for an insider pass, you can choose two live Electives Membership classes you want to take each month.

    ‍Every month, Electives Membership offers live (via Zoom) interactive classes in categories including leadership development, manager training, personal development, communication, DEI, wellbeing, innovation and new technologies.

    Each month, a curated selection of Electives Membership classes will be available to you. You get to pick the classes you want to take!

    All Electives Membership classes are interactive, with up to 60 members in each, allowing for one-to-one connections and networking opportunities.

How do I register for classes once I have an Electives Membership seat?

You will receive an email to join Electives Membership. From there, you can log in, browse the collection of upcoming classes and enroll with just a few clicks. Each month, you will receive an email of the next wave of Electives Membership classes!

How many people are in each live class?

For optimal engagement and interaction, there will be a maximum of 60 members in each class.

How long is each class?

Most classes will be 60 minutes long. The duration of each class will be noted on the class page in the Electives Membership platform.

How many Electives Membership classes are available each month?

Each month, Electives Membership will host a curated collection. The number of classes offered each month may vary, but there will always be enough classes scheduled to allow for a maximum of 60 people per class.

How does the Electives Membership insider pass work?

The Electives Membership insider pass is a two-month pass for Electives Membership, allowing you to register for and attend two live (via Zoom) Electives Membership classes each month. Electives Membership insider passes are available to those who qualify and commit to attend at least one class each month and provide feedback on your experience to the Electives team. Approximately 10 days prior to the end of your two-month insider pass term, we send an email for you to confirm the Electives Membership plan you want going forward.
