Matt is the Head Coach for the U.S. Cross Country Ski Team, which recently returned from the Beijing Winter Olympics. He began working with the team in 2006, and has coached it through four Olympics, where in 2018, Jessie Diggins and Kikkan Randall won a gold medal.
