What you will learn:

Often as managers we know that we should talk to our team members about their long-term career development, but we often get stuck about how exactly we can help them work towards those development goals. This workshop provides managers four sets of exercises they can do with their teams and employees that help foster self-awareness, goal identification, and effective development conversations. In this workshop, participants will practice implementing these tools to then apply in their own teams and organizations.
