What you will learn:

What does inclusive mean, and how can leaders and managers operationalize this concept into practice in the workplace? How does one apply an antiracist lens to DEI initiatives? There has never been a more critical time for organizations to dive into these complex concepts. Dr. Wang will share her 10+ years experience as a Harvard faculty member of an executive program and her experiences as a thought leader in antiracism working directly alongside Dr. Ibram X. Kendi to answer these questions.

Learn how to build an inclusive and antiracist work environment through individual, interpersonal, and organizational strategies. Through this skills-based, interactive session, participants will apply an intersectional and antiracist lens to workplace DEI initiatives and learn how to identify, assess, and develop organizational policies and practices that promote inclusivity, equity, and antiracism.
