What you will learn:

“It’s easier to just do it myself.”
“I can’t trust someone else to do it the way I would do it.”
“I’m swamped – but I don’t know how to clear my plate!”

If that sounds like you, then you likely have a common delegation problem: you want to delegate effectively, but you don’t know how to do it well (and you’re more than a little worried). In this interactive session, participants identify their unique psychological and practical barriers to delegation, understand the full range of delegation options available, recognize how delegation can ease a manager’s workload while developing and rewarding others, and develop a time-sensitive action plan for delegating work that someone else should be doing.
