What you will learn:

Locally and globally, employees are reporting increased levels of workplace stress and burnout and decreased levels of psychological safety. And some experts suggest that burnout often stems from the loneliness caused by remote and hybrid work.

When work teams are facing collective overwork and stress, it’s easy to assume there are no solutions…and it's easy to avoid making time to manage mental health and wellbeing. Yet, this is when it’s most needed. The very act of coming together to explore strategies will actually help!

Please join me for a 60–90-minute Elective that’s insightful, uplifting, and rejuvenating. You will leave with 1) a research-based understanding of the challenges you and others are facing related to overwork, stress, psychological safety, and isolation 2) the immense benefits of human connection in the workplace and 3) accessible mindfulness practices you can leverage after the workshop (even if you think “meditation is not for me”).

We will follow a 5-step framework that makes it easier to apply your new knowledge after you leave. I look forward to working with you to beat burnout, create connections, de-stress, and reenergize!
