What you will learn:

The newest data on burnout in the workplace should raise alarm bells for managers who care about their employees’ well-being. A new McKinsey & Co. and LeanIn.Org study found that 42% of women and 35% of men felt burned out often or almost always in 2021, a significant increase over the previous year. It underscores the need we all have for emotional support at work right now. Join me for an uplifting and rejuvenating workshop to 1) create shared understanding around the challenges everyone has faced during the pandemic and hybrid work and 2) practice accessible mindfulness approaches during the workshop that you can leverage afterwards. You will leave feeling more connected to your co-workers, and you will have mindfulness techniques you can use to de-stress and re-energize immediately.
