What you will learn:
Humans are biologically, cognitively, physically and spiritually wired to belong. There are many detrimental effects of not feeling a sense of belonging. In the workplace, this leads to lower motivation, lower productivity, and higher attrition as people leave to seek that connection elsewhere.
This Elective is an interactive workshop that provides practical and actionable frameworks to create strong relationships, particularly as we find ourselves working remotely from other teammates. Who to connect with, how to connect with different people, and how to create a cadence so that authentic connection happens more automatically.
This Elective can be customized for 1) managers looking to create stronger connections with their team OR 2) early career employees looking to gain an effective internal and external networking framework.
The ideas shared in this Elective can allow you to be that person that others want to work with, and for. You’re guaranteed to pick up a valuable tip or two and have FUN!
