About the instructor:

Gina Benson is a New York based Ayurveda Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) and Doula who specializes in women's health. Though Gina's clientele is largely comprised of women, she works with people of all genders, conforming and non-conforming. Gina has a background in Psychology and Special Education and integrates her modern science studies with these ancient holistic practices to target a wider audience with evidence-based research.
