What you will learn:

Working in distributed teams for 20 months and made one thing perfectly clear, feeling connected to each other as humans is vitally important to our business culture and our mental health. HR people have been overwhelmed with finding creative ways to keep employees engaged and feeling a sense of belonging in a largely virtual environment. Fortunately, with over 300 virtual workshops and training under our collective belts, Dani and her team at Laughter On Call know exactly how to help. In this hour-long, highly interactive elective, participants are led in curated Improv games and stand-up prompts that not only help teams feels joyfully connected to one another, they also teach key communication tools to positively impact their interactions long after the session has ended. Teams who laugh together, stay together and participating in this class delivers exactly that experience.
