This course is designed to be actionable, fun, reflective, and thought-provoking. I have coached thousands of leaders in different industries to help them leverage their own personal style for maximum output. I now want to share that learning with you. Looking inside yourself isn't always easy. So I'll shared examples from my own life to hopefully make it easier and more fun for you. Some of the styles we will talk about in this course are: authentic leadership, inclusive leadership, autocratic leadership, servant leadership, laissez-faire leadership, and bureaucratic leadership. We'll look at the trends in leadership and what appears to be most effective in terms of style. Dr. Priya Nalkur is the President of the RoundTable Institute.
