What you will learn:
Many workplace programs fail to make real progress on Inclusion and Belonging. Why? Because change starts at the individual level. We have to understand and appreciate what makes us feel like we belong, before we can create a place where everyone belongs.
In this interactive Elective, I invite participants to dive deeper into the nuanced work of understanding culture and how it influences the ways in which we work. We’ll learn about the Three Levels of Culture and how they show up in the workplace. Then, we’ll uncover your own hidden stories about culture. By the end of this Elective, I hope you will lead with a little more self-awareness and a little more curiosity about those around you. You’ll ultimately create the conditions for deeper connections with your partners, coworkers and community.
