What you will learn:
The program goal is a dual one, both to educate attendees about powerful professional relationships – mentorship, sponsorship, and networks – as well as to nurture understanding of how these relationships align with inclusive workplace cultures and goals. I flex the program content for this offering considerably based on organizational needs. For instance, some programs emphasize foundational strategies for individuals while others support the organizational rollout of formal mentorship or sponsorship programs aimed at creating inclusive cultures. In all cases, I utilize data, stories, and insightful exercises to enhance learning.
