I'm Adeola, a data loving CRM consultant. I've helped a number of global brands redefine their CRM strategies. I consider the entire business scope when creating a strategy by adopting a customer first approach. I come from a retail background so I understand the nuances that come with the daily trade, but I also look out for B2B clients as I'm a strong believer that the methods used in the B2C space can be transferred to B2B (with a few minor adjustments of course). Increasing ROI and revenue with clever implementations is at the heart of what I do. I'm eager to share my knowledge to help other marketers have a better understanding of their channel and its capabilities.
