What you will learn:

When was the last time you sent an email or ran a meeting that made people smile or laugh? Like many, perhaps you're feeling on auto-pilot at work, feeling robotic - just getting through the day.

When as adults did we accept that work can't be fun, playful or, dare we say, enjoyable?
Even at the most serious of companies it doesn't have to be this way and we'd argue it shouldn't be.

What you will learn and what to expect: In this interactive 60 min Elective, you'll learn about the neuroscience of playfulness, how and why it's actually good for business, and how it can improve effectiveness and engagement. Yep, it's possible!

You'll have the opportunity to explore and tap into your authentic playfulness and walk away with tips on how to infuse playfulness into your daily interactions.
