What you will learn:

The most effective way to achieve results year after year is to have an objective setting toolkit that communicates expectations, sets priorities, tracks progress and addresses resourcing. As simple as this sounds, most organizations don't have an effective process.

This class introduces a simple toolkit that can supplement or replace employee's existing process for setting, communicating, tracking and achieving objectives.

Participants will leave with a template and steps they can use to ensure maximum results every year.
