What you will learn:

Every manager aspires to lead a high-performing team and effectively guide the individuals that comprise it. But how can you be a truly great manager without understanding how to be a great mentor? And how can you become the most successful mentor possible without learning from those who have reached the apex of success? After interviewing hundreds of America’s top leaders - from Fortune 500 CEOs to founders of household name companies to four-star generals and admirals - and gathering best practices, fresh tips, and inspiring anecdotes on how to cultivate and optimize mentor-mentee relationships, a playbook now exists for anyone interested in understanding the ins and outs of mentorship.
