It doesn’t have to be that way. I learned the old fashion way by making mistakes and having the bumps and bruises to show for it. While this is a rite of passage, and eventually works most of the time, it’s ineffective. It costs your company time, money and often the wellbeing of your most important personnel.

About the instructor:
TLDR: I made it my personal mission to find the answer to the question ”How can I be highly productive and work less hours?” My style covers the intersection of stress reduction and increasing productivity.
In 2018 I found myself in a difficult position. I received the promotion I worked hard for, leading my own team at a fast-paced startup. My old mentality of “work more hours and give it your all” started to fail.I was miserable, suffering from panic attacks and questioning my ability. Every day felt like a challenge I couldn’t overcome, and I started to feel hopeless.
So I made the hardest and most humbling decision of my life. I got help. I checked myself into a hospital for a few days and began truly working on myself. It helped, but I knew I needed more, as I checked out, I left with one question burning inside me “what can I do to feel better?”
I read every book I could get my hands on, took courses, and talked to others with a similar experience and was determined to come back stronger than ever. What I learned is that we have more control of our mental state than we might believe. There are many scientifically validated techniques for stress reduction that are simple, free and easy to apply to your daily routine.
My most interesting discovery is that by putting your mental wellbeing first, it can lead to you being more productive. I was able to exceed my goals at work, get another promotion, build a passion project, and live a more meaningful life. My goal is to help others learn how to improve their mental states and lead happier and more productive lives.
