What you will learn:
Automatic negative thoughts are thoughts that are often negative and random. These thoughts mostly refer to ourselves. The human mind has a lot of thoughts. We have over 70,000 thoughts per day and most of those thoughts are negative.
Constant negative thoughts can be very harmful; they produce the stress response which release chemicals in our brains that can damage brain tissue over time. This can lead to phsyical and mental health problems.
In this course, I will help you take control of your negative thoughts and stop them before they take control of you. I will teach you how to identify your negative thoughts, evaluate those thoughts, and turn those thoughts in something that can more beneficial instead of harmful.
