What you will learn:
This Elective is based on the wildly popular TV show where fictional character Ted Lasso, an American football coach, is hired to lead a London England soccer team (a sport he knows nothing about).
While most believe Ted will be a complete failure, they don’t realize he has a secret. Coach Lasso is a master in creating a thriving team culture.
In this workshop, attendees learn how to use many of coach Lasso's key leadership principles to create their own thriving team, or company culture that taps into the #1 asset all teams have. Their people.
Coach Lasso proves, and you will too, that it is possible to develop elite human beings and elite results at the same time.
- Uncover the #1 asset all organizations have, yet are not actively utilizing...their people.
- Learn how to create a fun, positive and inclusive culture that generates even greater results.
- Learn how to defend the team culture when it is challenged...because it will be!
- Walk away with a road map to begin implementing a culture your teams will "believe" in.
*Everyone will benefit from and understand this workshop, regardless if you have seen the show or not.
