What you will learn:
We are living in the age of ubiquity. There is almost no differentiation between products and services in today’s marketplace. If you do have a competitive advantage you know that you won’t have it for long. If there’s one thing you know -- your competition will find a way to copy you.
The only thing your competition can’t copy? Your story.
Storytelling is the buzzword of the day. Everyone wants to tell their story but few know how. Even fewer know what story to tell - as not all stories should be told.
The good news? Humans have evolved into storytelling machines. We are hardwired to share and receive stories.
Former Hollywood Screenwriter and Brand Strategist, Marc Gutman, will lead this storytelling workshop for businesses and business leaders looking to captivate their audience and move them to action.
In this comprehensive workshop we will work to identify and develop your own story and how it relates to where you are today. We will cover:
- How story works and why it’s so important
- Uncovering your story
- A repeatable methodology for extracting stories and identifying when they are best told
- Hollywood story secrets that when applied to your own story, will captivate your audience
- How to activate your story so that others will want to help you get where you’re going
This course can be tailored to emphasize a business' story or develop the story of the individual particpants (personal story).
