In this Elective we learn how to leverage our stories to deliver our message impactfully to connect with people and develop relationships. We journey together through this interactive activity filled session to discover simple yet practical tools and templates to generate interest among our clients/audience. We navigate our way through a case study before moving into discovering the basic ingredients of a story. We also work on the template for creating a winning presentation and share insights through group discussions on developing great sales pitches.

This Elective is designed for you if you are involved with selling a product or a service or delivering a presentation to get a buy-in for an idea or a concept.

About the instructor:

Sanjiv’s primary focus is to create awareness among individuals and teams to enable them to co-create solutions and deliver high performance through coaching and facilitation. He uses Storytelling and powerful questioning extensively to engage his participants and encourages them to be thought leaders through introspection, reflection and experiential learning.

His experience of having worked with several organizations mainly in customer facing roles and his background in relationship management roles helps him to facilitate audience engagement and leverage shared learning. He uses his experience across several industries and verticals to create rapport and map expectations of his target audience.

Saniv has been teaching and facilitating for more than a decade. He is extensively involved with training delivery, content editing and content development. His coaching journey started in 2016 and he has been extensively with coaching since then. He adds value to organizations where learning and development is seen as a proactive measure for empowering manpower to increase competencies and to increase performance. He always looks at challenges faced by an organization as new learning opportunities. He believes that constant learning ensures organizations and individuals keep growing and the primary focus of his sessions is on creating a learning culture.

Over the course of his career, he has been certified by several organizations to oversee projects as a master trainer. Sanjiv has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management along with a bachelor’s degree in English. He is an ICF certified PCC Coach, a Storyteller and a Leadership Facilitator.
