The course draws on the extensive experience of Mr. Barsky as an undercover agent and a successful executive. It covers a wide variety of behaviors, skills and attitudes that were the foundation for Mr. Barsky's success in a highly dangerous profession as well as in the minefield also known as corporate America. Participants will come away practical thoughts and advice that has the potential to be life changing. The course will be highly interactive and will touch on topics such as decision making, courage, listening skills, judgment, managing up, office politics and reading people. Mr. Barsky's style is very informal and entertaining.

Jack Barsky is a retired Information Technology executive with over thirty years of experience. After ten years as a hands-on technician, Jack joined the ranks of management and enjoyed a successful career in the healthcare and energy industries. During that time, he held positions up to and including the role of CIO at a number of Fortune 200 companies such as MetLife, United HealthCare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Prudential, ConEdison of New York, and NRG Energy. Because of his exemplary track record, Jack was hired repeatedly to manage difficult organizational issues and large projects at the brink of failure.

Jack graduated as valedictorian with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the Friedrich Schiller University, Jena Germany.

In May of 2015 CBS 60 Minutes aired a special about Jack’s life which focused on his previously unknown activities as a KGB undercover agent in the United States. Subsequent to going public with his past, Jack left full time employment in corporate America to write and publish his memoirs “Deep Undercover” and to speak publicly about the lessons learned from his unusual life. To date, Jack has had over 100 public appearances both in the United States and in Europe.

Jack continues to pursue his passion for helping individuals and organizations to maximize their potential and achieve success. As a scientist who received training by the most powerful intelligence service in history and who developed a sharp instinct for making the right decision during a decade of undercover espionage, Jack has the savvy to tackle the toughest organizational problems and come up with optimal solutions.

Jack lives with his wife Shawna and daughter Trinity in Covington GA.
