What you will learn:
Even the most successful people have "off days." How do they minimize the downside and continue to perform at the highest level? This course will provide insight into how to identify, train, and manage for sub-optimal conditions. We take a close look at how training for and competing in the Olympics can help us chart a course to make the most of unexpected setbacks.
