What you will learn:

When Google studied what makes their most high-performing teams tick, they were surprised by the results. It isn't a magic combination of skill sets, individual traits, educational backgrounds, or even cultural backgrounds that makes a team successful. It is “psychological safety.”

In this interactive, thought-provoking session, author and executive coach Maya Hu-Chan explains the subtle and not-so-subtle behaviors and mindsets that create barriers in the workplace, barriers that lead to workers feeling unheard, disrespected and unvalued. Learn how leaders and team members can co-create a culture of "psychological safety" — an inclusive environment that allow everyone to thrive.
