Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a Lecturer in Human Development and Psychology at Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Supervising Clinical Psychologist at Boston Behavioral Medicine, and Co-Founder of Headfirst: A Health Club for Your Head. Stress management and modern families are her specialties. She is an expert on NBC News Learn, has a blog on Psychology Today, and is regularly published on mainstream media. Her book on raising boys post-#metoo is due out April 2021 with New Harbinger Publications. Much of her research comes from raising three kids and balancing life as a working Mom while trying not to lose her sh*t. Her lab is her home.
