What you will learn:

Nutrition 101 touches upon the foundations of nutrition and the golden rules that apply to everyone. Though, no one diet fits all, these golden rules do! For example, KETO may work wonders on your friend but has only posed trouble for you. A golden rule both you and your friend would benefit from is understanding the importance of portions and mindful eating. Aside from diving into nutrition basics, this course also includes the preparation of seasonal recipes that can be modified and accomodated to any dietary restrictions and/or needs. Gina leaves enough cushion time at the end for Q&A.

About the instructor:

Gina Benson is a New York based Ayurveda Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500) and Doula who specializes in women's health. Though Gina's clientele is largely comprised of women, she works with people of all genders, conforming and non-conforming. Gina has a background in Psychology and Special Education and integrates her modern science studies with these ancient holistic practices to target a wider audience with evidence-based research.
