What you will learn:
The average employee spends over 30 hours per month in unproductive meetings. If that isn’t sad enough, 39 percent of employees admit to sleeping in meetings. And yet, a well-conducted meeting can save time, provide clarity, and even alter the direction of a team or company. The key is not to avoid meetings, but to get better at conducting them.
In this Elective, you’ll be able to learn from all the mistakes I’ve made leading hundreds of meetings and company all-hands discussions over the past decade. We’ll review practical tips that will help you better prepare for meetings, facilitate them like a pro, and turn them into hallmarks of efficiency and effectiveness.
