What you will learn:
The strongest leaders and the most successful people see themselves as operating in “perpetual beta”: they’re never done learning, growing, or changing. Learning doesn’t end the moment they’re handed a diploma—if anything, that’s when it begins.
In this Elective, we’ll talk about how to tap into the power of reading and journaling to fuel career growth and lifelong learning. We’ll go far beyond the normal superficial encouragement to “read more” or “journal daily.” Instead, we’ll dive into tactical details of how to carve out more time for learning, how to take better notes on what you read, and how to apply what you’re learning to your daily life.
