With 1 in 5 Gen Z individuals identifying as LGBTQ+, it is imperative that managers and coworkers understand the foundational principles of gender, sexuality, and allyship. The LGBTQ+ Inclusion 101 Elective focuses on deepening understanding of the LGBTQ+ community to work towards authentic inclusion for staff, clients and visitors, and community members of all genders and sexualities.
