What you will learn:

Longterm partnership is a wonderful goal for all couples, but one where there is humor and shared laughter is even better for the health and happiness of both of you! In this workshop, comedian and author of the book, "Take My Spouse, Please: How to keep your marriage happy, healthy and thriving by following the rules of comedy," shares key tools for weathering the inevitable storms of a shared life with a sense of humor. This interactive course focuses on showing up, listening, the element of surprise, letting go of the moment before, and more, supported by exercises/games that bring awareness to your communication and help you be more present in your significant relationship... and all your relationships (in and out of the workplace!).
