It could be used to tackle complex challenges ranging from global issues such as gender equality and education, to business challenges such as workplace communication, change management, growth strategy, and product development.

She leads with empathy and uses this approach to understand her client’s needs, build trust and strong relationships. Her diverse background --consultant, educator & adviser-- has given her a unique perspective and ability to think outside the box, communicate effectively and articulate strategies to unleash client’s growth ambitions. Maryam sets the vision and collaborates with clients to co-create solutions that are human-centric, data-driven, inclusive & sustainable. Her research based, purpose-driven and experience-led approach is a blend of human-centered design with strategy and system thinking.
