What you will learn:

“I still believe that at any time, the No-Talent Police will come and arrest me.” - Mike Myers

Have you ever secretly worried that others will find out you’re not as bright and capable as they think you are? Do you shy away from challenges because of nagging self-doubt? Do you chalk up your accomplishments to luck or a fluke? Emily Mikaill is no stranger to imposter syndrome, but she’s actually made a career out of recognizing it and embracing it as common ground that unites high achievers of all backgrounds and levels. Here, she will talk about the ways imposter syndrome manifests in the workplace, how to counteract it in yourself and in your teams, and how to become overall more comfortable with your own accomplishments and strengths.
