What you will learn:

Are your organization's internal practices lacking when it comes to cultural observances? This hands-on Elective will provide you the opportunity to drive deeper DE&I engagement across your organization through annual planning using culture calendars. Heritage months and cultural observances acknowledge valuable traditions, historical contributions, and remarkable stories that have shaped America today. Building a strong, inclusive workplace is key to organizational success, and improving approaches to these special occasions is an invaluable commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
