What you will learn:

Functioning teams, alliances and partnerships have become even more important in recent years, whether people are all in the same office or, more likely, dispersed around the city, country or the world. Unfortunately, many group projects still under-perform at best and fail miserably at worst.

In this highly practical and interactive Elective, participants will learn common mistakes to be avoided and best practices to be emulated and customized, from team inception to celebration. Understand the rationale and secrets of a relevant and effective, co-created team charter; and begin practicing respectful and impactful team communication to ensure future success for any cooperative venture or enterprise.
