What you will learn:

Manicures and facials are not self-care. Or are they? Our world is faster than ever and as a result, our time to and for ourselves is often sacrificed in service of other things like work or caretaking. We need to reprioritize one of the most important aspects of our lives: our health.

Join Ashley Mitchell for a 90-minute interactive Elective that features a short presentation on the origins of self-care and the possibilities of truly filling your cup, followed by an all-levels bodyweight strength class and ending with breathwork.

Refreshing, powerful, and personal, this elective is designed for anyone committed to carving out time for health and wellness.

Participants will leave with a solid understanding of how to consistently integrate wellness practices into their daily lives.
