What you will learn:

We tend to assume that people hate feedback, but studies show that 65 percent of employees actually want more of it. However, many of us hesitate to share critical feedback because we don’t know how to do it effectively or we’re worried we’ll endanger the relationship. In this Elective, we’ll de-mystify feedback by sharing a few real-life stories, and we’ll review a number of practical tips that will help you feel more confident in your ability to share tough messages.
