What you will learn:

Even seasoned leaders sometimes struggle with clear communication and delegation. This skill is essential for leaders to master so they can create a sense of inclusivity on their team, mentorship for others, and to have the bandwidth needed to think strategically. In this highly interactive Elective, participants will work through perfectionist tendencies that block effective delegation. Also, you'll learn how to make explicit instead of soft requests, and cement this learning with practice and feedback. Finally, you'll learn how to build enough time in your workplans for mentoring as you delegate.
