What you will learn:
Culture. Every company’s talking about it. Every company knows they want it. But hardly any companies are intentional about designing and building it.
Culture isn’t foosball tables and cold brew.
Great company culture doesn’t happen by accident. It’s not something that companies get lucky with. Designing, building, and managing the culture you’ve always wanted is easier than you think. Whether you’re a big organization or a small start up -- designing a high performing and rewarding company culture is possible.
We know that a brand is the most valuable asset a business has. But culture is the only sustainable advantage it can create and leverage for itself.
Culture designer and brand strategist, Marc Gutman, will lead this intensive exploration of the principles and tools to understand, design, and manage company culture—a critical workshop for business leaders and company culture champions.
After, you'll have a command of:
- How to design your ideal culture, whether you lead a company, business unit, department, or just yourself.
- Which single tool can drastically improve the retention of your top talent
- When growth companies notice their culture has gone off the rails and why
- How to identify, codify, and exemplify the behaviors that drive your ideal culture
- Why it's critical to recognize values-driven behaviors and reward with intrinsic motivators
Teaching lecture followed by a break out workshop.
