What you will learn:
No customers, no business. It’s that simple. But not all customers are created equal.
What if you could identify and attract the Perfect Customer? How would this impact your business? What if you could get rid of all the customers that aren’t profitable and exhaust the majority of your resources and attract those customers that love your brand and will pay premium prices for your products or services?
This is exactly what we’ll cover in this workshop.
Brand strategist, Marc Gutman, will lead this intensive exploration of the principles and tools to understand and design your perfect customer.
After, you'll have a command of:
- How to design your perfect customer
- A clear picture of your perfect customer, what they care about, and why they will care about your products or services
- How to use science and psychology to align your brand to your customer’s core desires
- A roadmap to implement your perfect customer strategy
