What you will learn:
Bias is not as scary as we think it is - we all hold unconscious biases. Our power lies in what we do with that knowledge and how we use it.
In this training, we will learn how we all hold conscious and unconscious biases, design an action plan to recognize and overcome bias, and reinviforate our practices with inclusion in mind. Using openness, interactive activities, and data-based research, we aim to create an engaging space where participants can have open and honest conversations, learn best practices, and walk away with the tools they need to build awareness and debias the workplace.

Since then, he has conducted numerous corporate talks and facilitations on gender and the workplace, LGBTQIA+ laws and protections, DEI recruitment strategies and HR best practices, bias trainings, and how companies can take actionable steps to create inclusive cultures. He works towards creating spaces where people can feel that all their identities – not just their most defining identity - are upheld, respected, and celebrated.
