Hello, my name is Beckham Duffy. Here is a little bit more about me: 

My passion lies within diversity, equity, and inclusion through educating and speaking on DEI, intersectionality, and LGBTQIA+ topics. My educational background is a blend of Human Resource Management (MHRM) and Women, Gender, & Sexualities Studies (BA). I have committed 5+ years to harmonizing HR strategy and practices with Women and Gender Studies theory. This has helped me create impactful programs that have empowered companies to build inclusive workplaces - spaces where people can feel that all their identities are upheld, respected, and celebrated.

Having worked within various HR functions (such as DE&I, Learning & Organizational Development, Employment Relations, Data Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations), I understand the full employee life cycle and recognize the unique challenges underrepresented groups face within the workforce.

I have conducted numerous corporate talks and facilitations on gender and the workplace, LGBTQIA+ Inclusivity, DEI strategies and best practices, and bias trainings. I am also a proud TEDx Speaker and have a TEDx Talk on the topic of Transformation & Growth: What it Means to be Human. There, I expand on the complexities of having an intersectional identity, navigating society as a queer, adopted, person of color, and the need to start conversations regarding the importance of identity.
