What you will learn:

We’ve been hearing about the benefits of mindfulness for years, but we haven’t quite translated them to the workplace in meaningful ways, one of which is the relationship to growth mindset.

Mindfulness is a powerful practice which helps us to be awake and aware of whatever is happening within us and around us in the present moment. It enables us to be patient and persistent while focusing on the process of self-growth rather than the outcome.

Brain research tells us that we can change our neural pathways. It is possible to develop new ways of thinking and behaving. No matter what our habits have been until this point, we can begin again. It's about learning from each and every experience and taking those lessons forward. Over time, this way of engaging in life can broaden our perspective.

This Elective promises to leave you inspired with greater self-awareness and personal insight to bring your best self forward as often as possible. We're not striving for perfection, but rather creating a willingness to go for it. And then learning from what we see.
