What you will learn:
Participants will explore how to drastically increase the likelihood that personal and professional goals are met. We will discuss the prioritization of goals and engage in a hands-on exercise using the goal hierarchies methodology. Traditional goal setting uses a top down approach. This methodology turns everything you thought you knew about goal setting on it's head and uses a design thinking approach working from the bottom up.
Topics covered include the SMART goal framework, goal hierarchies, micro-goals, the WOOP model for setting implementation intentions, and when to consider re-goaling.
