What you will learn:

Critical Creativity is a behavioral training workshop designed to help teams and organizations understand how to inject creative leadership into real-world business contexts. This 90 minute interactive experience digs into the science and psychology behind how and why we do our best thinking - and stretches participants to find practical applications for how to apply behavioral principles in their work and life for positive impact.

About the instructor:

Hi All - I'm David. I'm a Facilitator and Coach who has spent the last 10 years at Google (and 20+ years overall) uplevelling Sellers and Executives in various sales and business competencies - from Everyday Creativity to Objection Handling to How to be a Great Manager to Hacking Failure (and more). And, frankly, I love it! This work is what get's me up in the morning.

My approach is very human and learner-centric -- meaning everything is really about YOU and how YOU can be better. I take powerful schools of thought and cutting-edge research and engineer learner experiences so you can develop and apply skills, not just learn information. Part of that approach means hearing and learning from you. So all participants should expect their perspectives to be shared, valued, and connected to the learning outcomes - which honestly make my sessions fun.

And, of course, what kind of Bio would this be without some educational information. So, you should definitely know -
  • I am a proud graduate of Univesity of Wisconsin-Madison (undergrad) and a die-hard Badgers fan.
  • I received my MBA from NYU Stern School of Business - with focuses on Entrepreneurship; Marketing; and Entertainment, Media, and Technology.
  • I currently live in Long Island New York with my wife and three daughters (#girldad).
I look forward to meeting you!
