What you will learn:

Go beyond surface-level team building in this interactive, deeply engaging Elective.

In this Elective your teams will: connect courageously by discovering their shared human experiences with each other, participate in actually authentic conversations, and walk away with social-emotional tools which will have a lasting impact on your team's internal culture.

This 60-minute class is designed to provide a psychologically safe environment so that everyone on your team, from your most socially-avoidant introvert to your oversharing colleague, turns on their camera & mic to courageously connect.

HR leaders and Forbes Magazine agree that employees' connection is crucial for any business. Employee retention and engagement are linked to the amount of opportunities teams are provided to meet each other at a human level.
