What you will learn:

Change is the rule rather than the exception in growing companies. And “change management” is a buzzword often thrown around to describe a framework through which we should handle big changes in organizations - but what does it actually mean? In this session, Emily will help demystify change management from the time a change is proposed to when it is carried out and thereafter, and provide you with digestible tools and resources to effectively manage changes both big and small in your organization while minimizing disruption and FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) amongst your employees. This is a mostly lecture-style Elective with ample opportunity for Q&A and application that is open to all members of a company that are managing change within their organization, or want to be better prepared to do so.
