What you will learn:
Experiencing stress and anxiety at work and in life is expected. In fact, healthy levels of stress can help us set clear goals, prioritize our work, and improve our overall performance. However, when we experience too much stress, it can lead to physical illness, poor performance, and burnout. It is also contagious, spreading between people who work together, and can quickly become “baked into” a culture.
In this interactive workshop that combines teaching, self-reflection, small group exercises, and large group discussions, participants learn what contributes most to their personal levels of stress and adopt new mindsets and strategies to build personal and professional resilience.
